A former marketing executive, Kristen found herself immersed in an entirely new world of unfamiliar metaphysical practices after embarking on a personal growth journey. What began as curiosity quickly turned into deep research — and cautious experimentation.
But the process of finding quality practitioners was overwhelming. No standards, no curation, no way to know who was legitimate before you'd already handed over your credit card.
